
Shelly Rolwing, Director of Meetings and Events
Shelly Rolwing serves as the Director of Meetings and Events for Knorr Marketing Communications and brings over sixteen years of experience in the event planning industry.
Prior to joining the KMC team, Rolwing was the events specialist for Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Mo.
Rolwing has served as a meeting and event manager for Experient, Inc. (formerly known as Conferon, Inc.) in St. Louis, Missouri where she managed conventions, trade shows and business meetings for corporate and association clients. She also has been a convention services manager for the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission, working with citywide conventions. For the Grand America and Little America Hotels in Salt Lake City, Utah, Shelly played a key role on the opening team of the Grand America Hotel in 2001, and also throughout the 2002 Winter Olympics with clients that included Coca-Cola Board of Directors, McDonald’s Corporation, NBC and International Olympic Committee. Shelly got her start in the events industry as a senior travel director for the Maritz Travel Company with four years of corporate incentive travel and business meetings. Some of her past clients include: American Express Board of Directors, Ford Motor Company, Lincoln Mercury, and Edward Jones.
Rolwing received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is designated as a Certified Meeting Professional by the Convention Industry Council.
